John J. Crowley (Butte AOH; president of Division No. 1, 1916)

Also known as: J. J. Crowley, JOHN J. CROWLEY

family confidence: 0 — not family / context

Distinct from Rev. P. J. Crowley (St. Lawrence/Holmville), Dan D. Crowley, Dan H. (D. H.) Crowley, Tim Crowley and Tom Crowley, all printed in the same lists. 'Jack Crowley' (dance, Canon O'Daly lecture, Dec 1910) is probably the same dancer (70; not linked). The RELA camp key has a Crowley at No. 95, one of the camp's 'go-betweens' with the Hibernians (Butte-Silver Bow Public Archives papers and Butte Independent OCR snippets, read in Sept 2026; research notes, not filed sources); the first name is not in the key. The Butte Independent (11 Apr 1914) mentions the former business of a John C. Crowley (research notes) — a different initial, not linked.
